1. Core Privacy Principles
Torzon Market is engineered from the ground up on three unbreakable principles:
- Zero personal data collection — no email, no username, no phone, no KYC
- Zero logging — no IP addresses, no access logs, no traffic metadata
- Zero-knowledge architecture — even full server seizure reveals nothing
2. Information We Never Collect
We do not collect, request, or store:
- IP addresses (routed through 47+ rotating Tor/I2P/VPN frontends)
- Email addresses, usernames, passwords, or any personal identifiers
- Browser fingerprints, cookies, localStorage, or tracking pixels
- Geolocation data, device information, or hardware identifiers
- Referral sources or marketing attribution data
3. Registration & Authentication
Account creation requires only a PGP public key. No other information is requested or stored. Authentication is performed via cryptographic challenge-response — no credentials exist on our servers.
4. End-to-End Encryption
All user communications and sensitive data are encrypted client-side before transmission:
- Private messages — encrypted with recipient’s PGP key
- Shipping addresses — encrypted with vendor’s PGP key
- Order details and disputes — encrypted before upload
- Support tickets — fully E2EE
Server operators are technically blind to all plaintext content.
5. Logging & Data Retention
- Access logs purged every 60 seconds
- Error logs never written to disk
- Traffic metadata destroyed instantly
- No session tracking beyond 15-minute expiry
- No analytics, no telemetry, no third-party scripts
6. Infrastructure Security
- RAM-only operation with full disk encryption
- Automatic memory wipe on shutdown or compromise detection (<0.3s)
- No backups of any kind are ever created
- Daily PGP-signed warrant canary
- 47+ geographically distributed mirrors with automatic rotation
7. Legal Requests & Seizures
In the event of any legal request, subpoena, or physical seizure, Torzon Market has zero user data, zero transaction records, and zero cryptographic material to surrender. All sensitive data resides exclusively with users.
8. Changes to This Policy
Any material changes will be announced via PGP-signed message on all official mirrors. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
