1. Acceptance of Terms
Use of Torzon Market constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Service, as may be amended from time to time.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and not be subject to sanctions or law enforcement investigation that would prohibit use of anonymous marketplaces.
3. Prohibited Items & Activities
The following are strictly forbidden and result in immediate permanent ban without refund:
- Child sexual abuse material in any form
- Fentanyl, carfentanil, and synthetic opioid analogues
- Weapons of mass destruction or restricted military hardware
- Hitman services or real-world violence
- Selective scamming or exit fraud
- Doxing, swatting, or real-world threats
- Terrorism financing or material support
4. Vendor Obligations
- 5 XMR non-refundable bond required
- Manual multi-stage vetting (acceptance rate <0.08%)
- Stealth packaging mandatory on all shipments
- 48-hour auto-finalize policy — no extensions
- No tracked shipping without explicit buyer consent
- Zero tolerance for selective scamming
5. Buyer Responsibilities
- All shipping addresses must be PGP-encrypted with vendor’s public key
- Disputes must be opened within 48 hours of order placement
- No off-platform deals or direct payments
- No threats, harassment, or doxing of vendors
6. Escrow & Finalization
All transactions are held in multi-signature escrow. Funds are released to vendor automatically 48 hours after delivery confirmation unless a dispute is opened.
7. Account Security
Users are solely responsible for the security of their PGP private key and 2FA secrets. Loss of private key results in permanent account loss with no recovery possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
Torzon Market provides a neutral platform and assumes no liability for the quality, legality, or delivery of goods or services listed by third-party vendors.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any account at any time without notice or refund for violation of these terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the principle of absolute anonymity. No jurisdiction applies.
